At ‘A Better Balanced Life’ we have created an 8 week program geared around just that…
During your 8 weeks you can expect this
~Week 1: 1 hour Intuitive Reiki treatment (includes crystal therapy, Angel healing and essential oils. Reiki creates a deeply relaxing experience, gently rebalancing your energy and drastically reducing stress levels) During every Reiki session we will uncover the roots which feed into your stress, gradually reducing and removing those unwanted feelings. Helping you live your healthiest and happiest life.
~Week 2: 1 hour Intuitive Reiki
~Week 3: 1 hour Angel Oracle Card reading (where we will connect with YOUR personal Angel team and receive beautiful feedback that will be geared towards how and what you can do to live your best and most stress free life)
~Week 4: 1 hour Raindrop Therapy (beautiful essential oils are used in a ‘Raindrop’ fashion across the back, along with various massage and feathering techniques. Raindrop Therapy creates a gentle detoxifying effect through out the body, boosting your bodys immunity)
~Week 5: 1 hour Intuitive Reiki
~Week 6: 1 hour Intuitive Reiki
~Week 7: 1 hour Angel Oracle Card reading
~Week 8: 1 hour Raindrop Therapy
After 8 weeks, you can expect to have your stress washed away. You will have better coping mechanisms and will move forward into the New Year feeling more confident and ready to ROCK !!
